This section outlines our Fees and Payment Terms for use of services on Edinburgh Plumber Guide. The information within this section should be used in conjunction with the information contained within our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Should there be any amendments to these terms, customers will be notified in advance of any changes taking place.

Fees

Inclusion in this directory is free to suppliers (service providers). However, in order to make use of the online quotes engine, suppliers will be charged a nominal membership fee.

The Membership Fee Options are as follows:

  • £30 monthly fee (+ £50 joining fee) - minimum term of 3 months
  • £300 annual fee (+25 joining fee) - minimum term of 12 months

Please note that these costs are in UK pound sterling.

We reserve the right to review our fees from time to time. We also reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before we provide any Services to you.

This service is free to Customers.

Bills and Payments

For your ease and security we accept payments via Paypal. For information about your personal privacy and financial security, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Payment Terms

To ensure smooth processing of your account details and to get you up and running as soon as possible, please ensure that your credit card details are up to date and that you have sufficient funds in your account.

In the event that a payment fails, we will ask you to provide updated details. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account if payment is overdue by more then 7 days.

Refund Policy

If you feel you have been billed incorrectly, please get in touch immediately and a member of staff will investigate the matter. Please email us at info@Edinburghplumberguide.com with any questions or concerns and we will respond to your query within 24 hours.

If we find that a payment has been taken in error, we will refund the amount to your credit or debit card immediately. You may cancel within 14 days of membership in which case we refund any membership fees paid. Any cancellation or refund request after 14 days of initial sign up will be handled at the discretion of Edinburgh Plumber Guide.
